The Virginia Woof Dog Daycare Center is owned and operated by Outside In, a 501(c)(3) social-service agency. Outside In has been serving the community since 1968 and has been providing services for homeless youth longer than any other agency in Portland.

Local Dog Daycare owners, veterinarians, business-leaders, and Outside In staff collaborated to design a program that is effective and results-oriented. Additionally, the commitment, vision and dedication of Outside In's Board of Director's was instrumental in planning a job training program that truly turns lives around.
